Students are also given opportunity to Undergo Land surveying Course under Self finance Scheme. The institute is regularly generating Revenue under IRG (Internal Revenue Generation) which inturn develop the institute. Students are regularly participating Community and social developmental Programmes like Open Defecation Free Programme (ODF), Digital Transactions awareness Programme, Janmabhoomi-Maa vooru Programme, Real Time Governance Programme, Swachhandra Programme, Neeru-Chettu programme-etc..
